The aim of this study is to report the case of a 20 years old pregnant woman with a mucinous cystic neoplasm of the pancreas. Evidence suggests that this neoplasm is dependent on estrogen-pro-gesterone leading to a significant growth during pregnancy and beyond this a potential malignant degeneration, even low. The reason of this case-study is the rarity of the disease associated with pregnancy in a patient so young. A body-tail pancreatectomy was performed in the second trimester of pregnancy with good maternal and fetal outcomes.
