The teaching of foreign language in the youths and adults education in Florianópolis: bilinguism, research and intercomprehension

The aim of this study is to problematize the promotion of a bilingual atmosphere to teach Spanish as foreign language inside of the pedagogic proposal of the youth and adult education in Florianópolis (SC), where the research is the pedagogic base. For that, four interviews were acconducted with the Spanish teachers of that county. It was verified in the analyses of the interviews that the displacements made by the research needs to be reviewed, specifically regarding the mediator position. In that sense, we sustained that the association between bilinguism and research should be added by the theoretical and methodological presuppositions of the intercomprehension, especially through the work with the reception abilities - listening and reading in Spanish.
