Summary:
The author discusses the main issues about living and using professionals (doctors especially) by the health services network meanwhile the reconstruction of health policies are being developed in Brazil, which is followed by the innitiation of the unified and descentralized health system.
It is emphasized that this is a convenient time for carrying out projects that have not been noticed like the Integration Teaching Assistance Projects. This is an opportunity for a clearer definition of the purpose of those projects which deals with interns of medicine and their role in society. The developing of such projects stands for a suitable contribution to health services organized in regions and having a hierchal system.
