Building a low cost gaussmeter

The goal of this paper is to present a magnetic field sensor using a Hall probe and low cost electronic components for use in experimental classes. We show how to make the sensor calibration and its use in the measurement of the magnetic field generated by a system of Helmholtz coils. Many others different experiments can be accomplished with a probe hall gaussimeter. So, this simple mounting allow to demonstrate experimentally the Ampère, Faraday and Gauss laws of magnetism, as well to measure and study magnetic properties
