This paper analyzes the incentive arrangements in regulatory contracts with asymmetric information, especially the multidimensional contracts. It shows that the use of multiple incentives is an interesting alternative to induce agents to the regulator's goals and that a game with multiple criteria is and important reference to define a satisfactory incentive arrangement. The application for the power industry shows that the results found are consistent with the concepts developed here.
