The article focuses on the recent trajectory taken by the Brazilian entrepreneurial system under an interregional perspective. It aims at evaluating the unfolding of the economical opening (as well as correlated institutional reforms) in matters of production division among the various regions. Special attention is placed on the political impact due to the capital territorial transferences, the so-called "fiscal-wars" seen among the States.
