OBJECTIVE: The present paper has as objective to introduce the adopted conducts, the obtained results and the conclusions, of the treatment of mammary dismorphy, of the Plastic Surgery Service of Hospital Regional Hans Dieter Schmidt, of Joinville, Santa Catarina. METHODS: 664 patients were analysed and 356 of them were submitted to the surgery in the period of April/2005 to the October/2009. RESULTS: It related the mammary types and the proposed treatment. CONCLUSION: There is need to precise diagnosis and the surgical technique correct indication.
