Scientific cooperation network analysis through the coauthors studies of the published articles in Anpad events about the assessment of the public policies

The theme of public policy evaluation was intensified with the development of Public Administration; however, it still hasn't been explored much. This work proposes to identify the research network between institutions and the authors that study public policy evaluation themes and had their articles published in the EnAnpad circles and, or, the EnAPD circles in the last 10 years. The identification of the relationship between the authors and institutions were given through the development of a sociometric and bibliometric study. As such, 45 scientific articles were selected which were published in the EnAnpad circle and 26 articles in the EnAPG circle. With the ends of constructing the coauthor networks and the interinstitutional relationship, the software Pajek was used. The results demostrated the low grade of density in the possible networks of researchers dedicated to the public policy evaluation theme in Brazil in the area of public administration in Anpad. The authors do not maintain any link to publications and are related, in general with a single publication or self-publish. It can be concluded that the relationship among forces in the network is low, in other words, few with little contact among the authors so there can be power within the network. This study intends to point the low grade relationship between authors and various institutions.
