Abstract
This article debates on Internationalization Policies, taking into account the different psychologies present in Brazil and worldwide and the relation established between the knowledge produced in the countries of the North and in the countries of the South. This debate focuses on the critical elements about North-South asymmetries in Internationalization Policy. For that, we seek support on the contributions of postcolonial and decolonial theories.
