The body in psychoanalysis

In this article we intend to understand the Freudian’s fundaments about the body and its statutes, whose presence dates back to the birth of psychoanalysis. We intend to show that the initial moment is closely associated to the field of biology when Freud establishes the division between biological body and psychoanalytic body. Next, we examine how the passage from self-erotic and fragmented body to unified body by narcissism takes place. This opens the way for the resumption of the pulsing concept which will flow later to the second pulsional dualism, the creation of the second topic and the emerging of the body ego.
