This paper presents some analysis of an intervention research in constitution at the School of Theachers Formation at the State University of Rio de Janeiro - FFP/UERJ. It constitutes the problematization of forged experience between university and elementary school. Thereunto, first it studies the concept of inventive formation of teachers. Then, it takes as reference the last writings of Michael Foucault to analyse the notion of parrhesia and how it work in favor of a inventive formation. To finish, it express the encounters and conversations that happen between university and elementary school for the creation of thought territories that maintain an intense relationship between knowledge and life. This text the shows the challenges of potentializing inventive movements and the singularities that make formation and school speak by themselves, dealing with life intensity and unpredictability.
