POSSIBILITIES FOR PSYCHOLOGY IN SOLIDARITY ECONOMY: ACTION IN AN TIPC

This paper reports an experience of insertion of Psychology in the field of solidarity economy, using theoretical-methodological contributions of Work Psychology and Community Psychology. The activities described and discussed in this paper constituted part of a university extension project in which we sought to potentiate the agent's action in the solidarity enterprises of a Technology Incubator of Popular Cooperatives in which they would intervene. At the same time, there was the accompaniment of an association of collectors of a recyclable material as the group formed its organization and juridical formalization. Based on these concrete examples, we detected both positive aspects obtained by experience, and aspects that could be improved in future psychological interventions in solidarity economy. Therefore, considering the values and citizenship conditions promoted by solidarity economy, we believe psychology should become involved and adopt an increasing action in such a context.
