Transformations of the industrial standard, "new" work and new temporality

The present article aims to analyze transformations of temporality in the context of labor as a key element for understanding the changes in its realm. As reference for this analysis we use the theories of social time and the idea of dominant time in the constitution of the temporal frames of societies. The change from a model of relatively stable and almost hegemonic temporality of the industrial model for a more diversified and diluted time, resulting from new types of daytime jobs - controlled by more complex durations and rhythms - it still does not seem to be enough to attribute the loss of this domain of labor in constituting temporal frames.
