Abstract
This text represents an advancement in the theoretical shaping of the possibility of referring to the body´s knowledge. In relation to the line of thought adhered to, which is affected by Lacanian ideas, the following questions arise: What is knowledge? What does the latter encompass when we are dealing with the subject or the speaking being (parlêtre)? How does the body appear when knowledge addressed? In order to elucidate these questions, this paper first deals with a discussion about the body, the psychic and knowledge about the world. Secondly, this paper includes considerations on the speaking body and knowledge about the world, as well as on the relationship between the body´s knowledge and the signifier. Finally, there is a theoretical reflection on the voice considered as sound from a body towards another body.
