Organizational studies and curriculum studies: an agenda of convergence beteween past and future of parallel fields

This article aims to analyze the pathways of the Organizational Studies and of the Curriculum Studies during the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty first century, highlighting their symmetries and theoretical convergences. As organizations can vary endlessly in time and in space, the curricula vary from institution to institution, from a course to another. Therefore, in both pathways, the studies accumulated knowledge about organizations and the curricula as social constructions. Thus, organizations and curricula are reflection of social practices. From the convergences found and their analysis, it will be proposed an agenda of researches which contemplate the two fields of study, in a convergent way, treating organizational studies as structural axis of the Administration course, which is specially important moment when the institutional drawings of the teaching in Brazil are discussed again, in the reformist setting of governmental projects and as reflection of changes that the university of the world lives, in risky times, uncertainty and paradigmatic reconstruction.
