O marketing interno como estratégia de gerenciamento dos recursos humanos em hotéis: um estudo de caso na região metropolitana do Recife

This study aims at analysing whether the management of human resources adopted by one of the hotel which is representative of hospitality organizations in Recife may help it to achieve the quality of service rendering and hospitality. The work has an exploratory focus and is characterised as a case study. The data have been collected through documentary research and semi-structured interviews. The technique known as content analysis was used to evaluate the results and the theoretical framework adopted was based on the human resource management and the internal marketing.
