The AA. present two cases of insidious osteomielites submetted to various treatment without success. However the association of integral assepsia and Penicillin by via intra-arterial (way not yet used) the cure were obtained, in one with immediate suture, and in the other with suture after some time. Being these cures exceptionally remarkable, the AA. think that they are wortly mentionning.
