Activities of several enzymes have been studied in rat adrenal glands after ACTH injection. Activity of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase increases significantly after ACTH. The same was observed with ceruloplasmin. Adrenosine desaminase inthe same gland was decreased after administration of this hormone.
