METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES FOR TEACHING OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION: THE BEGINNING OF A CONSENSUS

ABSTRACT

The debate on teaching methods in the field of studies. Allied to this, the few productions must be diluted in different theoretical matrices, making difficult the discussions on the subject. Consequently, lack of consensus is one of the main difficulties in teaching. Thus, the present article aimed to identify and analyze the Methodological Principles for the teaching of school physical education from the Brazilian academic literature. A systematic review was carried out in the seven main national indicators on the subject, between 2004 and 2014. Original articles, review and research were considered that addressed the thematic teaching in education, totaling 79 articles. The analysis of the productions looked for surveys on the forms of teaching, independent of the theoretical reference used by the authors. As it is classified, it classifies the topics of the area in 11 Methodological Principles on teaching: Interaction; Contextualization; Dimensions of contents; Valuing Student Experiences; Diversity of experiences; Problematization; Autonomy and Creativity; Ludicidade; Understanding and Transferring Skills; Structural modification of content; Use of technological resources. The construction of such Principles is fundamental to the beginning of a certain degree of instruction in the classes of Physical Education school.
