Abstract:
This research aims at studying public policy concerning the environment, whose goal is protecting natural resources with the society assistance. Thus, this paper presents a brief discussion on the setting of public policy of the environment. There is also a brief argument concerning the Brazilian Forest Codes, the actions taken by the Federal and Paraná State Governments regarding the implementation of public policies derived from the environment.
