Abstract:
This article is a reflexive review of the specialized literature on organizational decline and the threat of unemployment, whose objective is to provide an overview on the subject, to emphasize its relevance in organizational studies, and to distinguish the employability as an alternative form of social insertion by the work. We proposed reflections to contribute to the creation of strategies that can contribute to the transformation of the organizational situation, as well as the analysis of the impacts and consequences on workers.
