This work aimed to study the influence of different nitrogen concentrations (7.5; 15; 30; 60 and 120 mM) on the growth of Aechmea blanchetiana plantlets cultivated in vitro. The results showed that 7.5 mM of nitrogen in a modified liquid culture Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium was the best concentration for increasing fresh and dry mass production.
