In this article is firstly aimed to analyse the political context in the state of Paraná during the 1960's, the connection between the Gorvenor Ney Braga to João Goulart and their participation in the civil-military coup in 1964. As following we intend to verify the impact on this political coup in the state of Paraná, especially the process of political impeachment of the adversaries / opponents of the Governor Ney Braga, thus consolidating the neysmo as the main political force in Paraná during the military regime.
