The opening of global markets has led to a new economic order based essentially on competitiveness and technological innovation. New forms of industrial organization are rapidly incorporated into company culture in response to new market challenges. One of the most prominent forms of organization is the Business Cooperation Network - BCN. This paper analyzes the formation and configuration of a BCN in the electric-electronic sector, highlighting the process whereby the businessmen of the BCN establish its basic objectives, whose priorities are structured using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making support tool.
