This article discusses the building of the ethical-political subject based on relational experiences engendered in a popular forum of the city of Vitória - ES. It responds, mainly, to Michel Foucault's thoughts on power and ethics, as theoretical tools as to explore the idea of political subject bonded, basically, to the idea of subject of law.
