Professor training in the context of changes in the world of work: new challenges for education faculties

This article presents the new challenges for the Education Colleges regarding the impacts in the world of work of professor's training. These impacts, on the one hand, point to the necessity of the universality of the basic education with 11 years of duration, that demand a concentrated effort of qualification by university professors. On the other hand, they end up establishing the public education and professor's training policies that, due to the reduction of public funds and the policies of foreign, financial agents, re-establish the dissimilarity of pedagogic proposals for the included and the excluded. The proposals for the excluded, always sudden and low cost, originate a non-university training proposal. According to this analysis, the article recovers the particularities of the professor's work and presents a set of proposals to reorganize the education faculties.
