Where do the practice and the supervised curricular internship´in educational management in the undergraduate courses go?

ABSTRACT

This article deals with the supervised curricular internship in educational management in undergraduate courses, seeking to analyze the need for its creation and or strengthening, as well as the importance with regard to the initial training of graduates/teachers, given the current situation, in the normative context, with the approval of CNE/CP Resolution n.2/2019. To this do so, we carried out bibliographic and documentary research. We carried out this analysis through bibliographic and documentary research. We conclude that the practical training in educational management, guaranteed in CNE/CP Resolution no. 02/2015, which can be understood in the supervised curricular internship in educational management, is considered important for teacher training, as it guarantees training with practice in educational management, including management in the school environment and education systems, and aims at critical training, that provides collective, participatory work with a view to emancipating the individual and social groups, as required by the democratic management of education. However, even before this practice was consolidated effectively, the Resolution CNE/CP n. 02/2019 removed it from the teachers training national guidelines, which is a setback for the democratization of education, restricting their training to a teaching practice (focused only on the classroom).
