In this article the construction and adaptation of inexpensive and easily available materials in acid-base titration in the place of usual materials such as burette, volumetric flask, erlenmeyer and others were described. The viability of the use of those materials was demonstrated in the standardization of caustic soda solution using acetylsalicylic acid as primary standard.
