Abstract
The article aimed to recover from oblivion, analyze, and value Alzira Alves de Abreu’s PhD thesis on ISEB, defended in France in 1975ABREU, Alzira Alves de. Nationalisme et action politique au Brésil: une étude sur l’ISEB. 1975. Thèse (Doctorat) – Université Paris-V – René-Descartes, Paris. 1975.. It also sought to compare her analysis with that of other authors dedicated to studying the same institute and inserting the debate of that time in the context of the emerging sociology.
