The blood removal was of 20ml/kg body weight and the laboratory evaluation was anterior and posterior of the withdraw. After the blood removal the animal displaied decline on the erythrocyte number. The minimal point was on time five, (72 hours after removal) where the values were bellow than normal. The turn of initial values was on time seven (14 days after removal). Reticulocytes count, and the decline of Myeloid:Erythroid (M:E) ratio reflected a light bone marrow stimulation. The analysis of experimental data displaied a light anemia after one blood removal with recovery of haematological baseline values in the time 6 (7 days after removal).
