Abstract
This text is a reflection that considers the tension between the liberating possibilities of the Internet in terms of autonomy, freedom of creation and challenge to media systems, on the one hand, and socio-technical and political constraints that restrict and redirect possibilities and types of technological appropriations. We analyze different concepts of appropriation, its heuristic power and its limits in the face of global power trends on the Internet, the scenery from which alternative and autonomous feminist projects begin to emerge, which we characterize as part of a new stage of cyberfeminism.
