Abstract:
This paper analyzes the participatory public policies for the young during the first year of the Sars-CoV2 pandemic. This type of intervention recognizes a long trajectory that refers back to the creation of sectoral youth organizations in the 1980s decade. However, the promotion of participation adopts particularities within different political-institutional contexts. The article questions the way in which the policies to promote participation are carried out through the development of virtual discussion boards during social isolation measures. Participatory scenes are explored considering the characteristics of the dialogues, the profile of those who participate and the modulations that arise around what it means to participate. The investigation is carried out through virtual ethnography tools.
