This work presents a service that aims to organize and disseminate abstracts in the area of Information Science and Librarianship. It uses an electronic publishing system specifically developed for Periodical Editing called Seer, a tool that was customized and translated by the Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia - Ibict (Brazilian Institute of Science and Technology). It also comprises data on the Brazilian periodicals that are using such technology, as well as the contents of issues that have been published in the Research Journal of Brazilian Information Science and Librarianship - PBCIB till this moment.
