The aim of this article is to propose a model for management information system, based on artificial intelligence techniques. This work proposes an expert system architecture for management information. The model suggests the utilization of semantic analyzer, incorporated at end-user interface. The approach does emphasize the difficulty to obtain informations with accuracy and quality for support for makers decisions, and the need to provide end-users with a powerfull mechanisms capable to analyse, select and toward informations them, according with their needs and urgency
