REVIEW OF THE TECHNIQUES OF REMOTE SENSING AS SUBSIDY TO THE STUDIES OF IMPLANTED FOREST IN BRAZIL

ABSTRACT

Remote sensing, in it's wider meaning, has been used for research in practically in various fields, among these the forest sciences. The objective of this work was to survey the existing bibliography regarding the application of remote sensing in the study of forest implantation in Brazil. We observed that remote sensing techniques have been used in different ways in the forests implanted in Brazil, aiding in studies with different objectives, acquiring good scientific results.
