SOCIO-ENVIROLMENTAL PUBLIC ACTION IN QUESTION: challenges of co-management of a marine Resex in the Brazilian Amazon

The object in question is participation in the construction of a Management Plan, a device required by the implementation of environmental public political instrument such as Resex. The territorial reference involves the Caeté-Taperaçu Marine Resex, located in the municipality of Bragança, state of Pará. The objective is to understand how the Management Plan was co-produced, relating it to a context of environmentalization and participation, to demonstrate the relationships between the actors involved, their knowledge, practices and interests in confrontation. From a sociological approach to public action brings a perspective of public policies, where the state has its centrality challenged and where the participation of different actors in the discussions and management of its territory has not been evident, but also constitute as a horizon of governance to be sought in local dynamics and mobilizations, expressed in the capacity of the actors and their performance in collective actions.
