Influence of herbicides on the macronutrients concentration in corn and bean plants

SUMMARY
Two experiments with corn and beans were conducted under field conditions, on clay soils, with the purpose to study the effect of herbicides on macronutrients concentration in the plants. The herbicides utilized were butilate and atrazine for corn, and EPTC and trifluralin for beans, each at two different rates.
The herbicides in general did not affect nutrients concentration, stands or yield of corn and beans. Dry weights of stems or leaves of both crops did not show any difference either.
