This study tested the feasibility and the advantages and disadvantages of the tracheobronchoscopy in dogs. A total of 20 dogs were used were used 20 adult dogs, being 8 males and 12 females, of wich, half presented signs of breathing afeccion. For the exam was used a flexible optical fibroscopic coupled to a video - camera. In the inspection of the breathing roads it tried to detect macroscopic alterations for comparison with the data supplied by the physical exam; hematological and auscultation. All the procedures were sucessful and the animals recovered without complications.
