The authors present 11 cases of neurological complications of anti-rabic vaccination. Clinical and therapeutical studies were performed, in one case also pathological examination was made. On the clinical view point the neuroparalytic accidents were classified as: diffuse acute encephalomyelopathy, transverse acute myelopathy, acute ascending myelopathy, radiculo-optico-myelopathy, Guillain-Barré syndrome and acute multiple peripheral neuropathy. According to the treatment the cases were divided in two groups, one treated by ACTH and the other by anti-histaminic drugs, with the sauce general results. Clinical problems, pathological features, therapeutic results and general prophylactic measures are commented.
