Redundant lumbar nerve roots syndrome: a case report

The redundant nerve roots syndrome is the association of high grade extradural lumbar spinal block with a tortuous elongated nerve roots depicted as multiple serpentiginous filling defects on myelography. A case of a 64-years-old man is presented. Laminectomy and facetectomy were done with great improvement of the symptoms. A discussion of this syndrome is presented.
