The authors report a case of multiple cerebral glioma in which surgery withdraw the clinical manifestation. Localization was made by clinical data alone. There was on the whole operative area three gliomas of great size and, deeper, three other smaller tumors; the first were easily removed. Symptomatology disappeared. Histopa-thology showed an ependymona. An explanation is made on clinical and pathological basis, realizing the origin of the tumor as a development ependymal malformation, for the tumor was in cerebral cortex, without relation to the ventricles.
