Nas últimas décadas surgiram novas expressões da religiosidade, manifestadas na proliferação das seitas engendradas numa dimensão de contrato e troca entre os fiéis e Deus. O artigo as compara com religiões tradicionais orientadas por um pacto que, ao contrário, mantém a referência à alteridade e a impossibilidade de um arbítrio frente aos desígnios de Deus. Para além das semelhanças que as unem - marcadas todas pela mesma busca da felicidade e do alívio para o mal-estar -, há diferenças acentuadas entre elas, que apontam para distintas configurações do laço social e do sujeito que delas é efeito.

New expressions of religiosity: what they say about subjectivity and society today. In the last decades new expressions of religiosity have arisen in the form of sects that entail a dimension of contract and exchange between the faithful and God. The present article compares them with traditional religions that are guided by the notion of a pact. The former keeps the reference to alterity and considers it impossible for people to arbitrate when facing God's will. In spite of their similitude - both sects and traditional religions are in search of happiness and relief from all kinds of discomfort in society - there are important differences between them pointing to diverse social bonds and hence different subjectivities.

Tendo como referência algumas discussões levantadas por Alain Badiou e Slavoj Zizek, este texto se propõe a trabalhar a questão da verdade e da ideologia no capitalismo e para a psicanálise. A democracia representativa capitalista, na forma como hoje se operacionaliza quase que hegemonicamente no Ocidente, tem como ideologia o repúdio à verdade e ao sujeito que lhe corresponde, o que se manifesta em termos clínicos por depressão e ansiedade. A psicanálise, ao se propor a resgatar a verdade do sujeito, se coloca como obstáculo à hegemonia capitalista.

Truth and ideology in capitalism and psychoanalysis. Taking as reference some discussions raised by Alain Badiou and Slavoj Zizek, this article seeks to deal with the issues of truth and ideology in capitalism and how it pertains to psychoanalysis. The current domination of representative capitalist democracy in most of the Western world promotes an ideology that repudiates the truth and the subject to which it corresponds, often times clinically manifesting in depression and anxiety. Psychoanalysis, upon proposing the rescue of truth to the subject, therefore poses itself as an obstacle to the hegemony of capitalism.

Partindo da perspectiva lacaniana, examina-se a relação entre declínio da função paterna e "novos sintomas". Critica-se a assimilação entre declínio da função paterna e declínio do Nome-do-pai. Investiga-se o termo "novos sintomas", demonstrando seu caráter contraditório. Conclui-se que a decadência da Lei social é compatível com a inscrição do Nome-do-pai; e que tal declínio engendrou novas patologias, mas que não são assimiláveis a sintomas.

"New symptoms" and paternal function decline: a critical examination of the question. From the Lacanian perspective, it explores the relationship between the decline of the paternal function and the "new symptoms". It criticizes the assimilation between paternal function decline and the decline of the Name-of-the-Father. It examines the term "new symptoms", showing its contradictory character. It concludes that the decline of social law is compatible with the inscription of the Name-of-the-Father, and that such a decline engendered new pathologies, but these are not assimilable to symptoms.

Em seu projeto de retorno a Freud, Lacan propõe um diálogo com outras disciplinas para a análise dos conceitos psicanalíticos. Neste artigo, analisa-se a contribuição de conceitos de Linguística, Lógica e Matemática para a formulação do conceito de sujeito do inconsciente, tal como encontramos no matema "um significante representa um sujeito para outro significante". O termo 'crítica' é referido à análise da racionalidade necessária para se atingir um conhecimento. Este trabalho mostra que a análise do conceito de sujeito do inconsciente conduziu Lacan à elaboração de uma lógica do significante. Esta lógica poderá ser nomeada como uma lógica psicanalítica.

The critique as method in the return to Freud. In his project of a return to Freud, Lacan proposes a dialogue with other disciplines for the analysis of psychoanalytic concepts. This paper presents an analysis of the contribution of concepts from linguistics, logic and mathematics in the elaboration of the concept of unconscious subject, as appears in the matheme: a signifier represents a subject to another signifier. The term critique refers to the analysis of rationality necessary to reach knowledge. This work concludes that the formulation of the concept of the unconscious subject leads Lacan to the development of a signifiant's logic. This logic may be named as a psychoanalytical logical.

As considerações sobre o falo na história psicanalítica não são unânimes e lineares. Freud o situou como elemento fundamental da estruturação sexual; todavia, semelhante valor não lhe foi atribuído pelos pós-freudianos, dando início ao que Lacan denominou de "querela do falo". Lacan, apesar de ter situado o falo como significante, promoveu deslocamentos e nuances na forma de abordá-lo - articulou-o ao objeto a, seguido da identificação ao semblante e culminando na lógica do todo e não-todo fálico. Estas formulações mostram relação com as construções a respeito do real; portanto, não revogam as contribuições anteriores, mas redimensionam o aparato teórico-clínico de Lacan.

A course in psychoanalysis about the phallus: primacy, quarrel, significant and object a. The considerations about the phallus in psychoanalytic history are not unanimous and liners. For Freud, the phallus is a fundamental element of sexual organization, however, the same value wasn't assigned by the post-Freudian, initiating to what Lacan called the "quarrel of the phallus". Lacan, despite having set the phallus as signifier, promoted changes and nuances in the way of approaching it - articulated to a object, followed by the identification to semblant and culminating in logic the phallus all and not-whole. These formulations reveal relationship with the theorizing on the real, therefore, not revoke the earlier contributions, but resize the theoretical apparatus and clinical of Lacan.

As subjetividades "nem neuróticas nem abertamente psicóticas" encontram um esclarecimento pela topologia que abre a uma clínica de borders na qual o limite se torna um caminho praticável do buraco (do vazio) na cura analítica. Este esclarecimento passa pela gênese do limite no inconsciente que se funde sobre uma experiência de perda do objeto primordial de satisfação, cujas resultantes são a faculdade de julgamento e o princípio de realidade. O "não limite" dessas subjetividades articula-se com a aceleração contemporânea do tempo entre o julgar e a ação.

Some cases neither neurotics nor obviously psychotics. Subjectivities which are "neither neurotics nor obviously psychotics" are better explained at the light of typology that gives access to a clinic of borders where the border becomes a pathway to the hole (emptiness) in the analytical cure. Such explanation gets to the source of borders within the unconscious which originated in the early experience of the loss of the primordial object of satisfaction that gives birth to judgment faculty and to the reality principle. The "non-limit" of those types of subjectivity is related to the contemporary acceleration of laps of time that separates the judgment from the action.

A psicanálise muito tem discutido sobre a brincadeira infantil, mas pouco tem relacionado as descobertas sobre os jogos de esconder realizadas por Freud a partir de 1920 à teoria de que toda brincadeira representa o desejo de ser adulto. Por meio do estudo das brincadeiras de esconder, o presente trabalho visa revelar como a repetição encontra um lugar na teoria psicanalítica do brincar, tornando-se um operador mais importante do que o próprio desejo de ser adulto, tão caro ao olhar inicial de Freud para as atividades infantis.

Psychoanalytic considerations on hide-and-seek games: from Puti to Peekaboo. Psychoanalysis has much discussed children games, but has seldom related the discoveries about hiding and seeking games, carried by Freud in the 1920's, with the theory that all games represent the desire to be an adult. By studying the game of hide-and-seek, the present work aims at revealing how repetition finds its own place in the psychoanalytical theory of play and becomes a much more important operator than the desire a child holds of being an adult, as proposed by Freud.

O erro linguístico tem sido diversamente abordado ao longo das diferentes tradições dos estudos da linguagem. O presente trabalho propõe, a partir da psicanálise, uma discussão a respeito de possíveis considerações e sobre o que o erro viola. Assim, pretendemos vislumbrar onde, na topologia da língua, o erro encontra a sua morada, bem como questionar se, de fato, ele estaria aí em posição de limite.

Perimetrical mirages: on error as a limit. Linguistic error has been approached differently throughout different traditions of language studies. This paper, based on psychoanalytical doctrine, proposes a discussion about some possible considerations and about what error violates. Thus we want to envision where in the topology of language indwells linguistic error, and question whether, in fact, it would be there in some boundary position.

Objetivamos investigar o imaginário coletivo de enfermeiras sobre a mulher cuja gravidez foi interrompida, já que o trabalho da enfermagem envolve, além de cuidados técnicos, proximidade inter-humana em situação de fragilidade emocional. Entrevistamos individualmente 16 profissionais, usando o Procedimento Desenhos-Estórias com Tema. Após cada entrevista, redigimos narrativas transferenciais que, com os desenhos-estórias, foram consideradas psicanaliticamente, visando a produção interpretativa de campos de sentido afetivo-emocional. Observamos três campos que permitem a compreensão de que a gravidez interrompida é associada a fantasias de maldade e falta de amor materno, o que pode estar relacionado a eventuais dificuldades no cuidado a estas pacientes.

The collective imaginary of the nursing staff about pregnancy's interruption. We aimed at investigating the collective imaginary of nurses about women whose pregnancy was interrupted, since nursing's work involves technical care and human's proximity in situation of emotional fragility. We interviewed 16 professionals, using the Drawing Stories with Theme. After each interview, we wrote psychoanalytical narratives that, with the drawing stories, were psychoanalytically considered, in order to produce, by interpretation, fields of affective and emotional sense. We observed three fields that allow the comprehension that the interrupted pregnancy is associated with fantasies of evil and lack of maternal love, which may be related to possible difficulties in caring those patients.
