Aproxima-se a teoria freudiana da obra de Bataille, cujo pensamento traz considerações importantes para a dimensão econômica de Freud. Sugere-se que essa correlação pode ser feita por meio do termo pressão, presente nos dois autores. O argumento principal do artigo é a ideia de que há uma pressão permanente provinda de um excesso que perturba os organismos vivos, havendo então a exigência do desperdício, do gasto ou da descarga. No caso da psicanálise, esse dispêndio ocorre sob a forma da dominação dos estímulos, principal função do aparelho psíquico, seja essa realizada pela descarga energética, seja pela elaboração psíquica.

The dimension of the excess: Bataille and Freud. Freudian theories are linked to Bataille's work, whose thought brings important considerations for the economical Freudian dimension. The intention is that this correlation can be made through the term pressure, present in both authors. The main argument of the article is that there is a permanent pressure originated from an excess which bothers the living organisms, therefore resulting in the demand of the waste, the use and the discharge. In respect to psychoanalysis, this ravage occurs under the form of stimuli domination, the main function of the psychic apparatus, whether it is done through the discharge of energy, whether it is done by psychic elaboration.

Apesar de validar o cogito no ato da enunciação, o interesse que Lacan nele deposita se distancia da autoverificabilidade existencial da proposição "eu existo", tal como defendida por Jaako Hintikka. Embora ambos os autores assumam a necessidade de remeter o ato da representação a algo além do nível da representação (a qualificação performativa do cogito), se, para o primeiro, a força do argumento cartesiano concentra-se na proposição "eu existo", na medida que saberíamos a quem este "eu" encontrar-se-ia referido, para o psicanalista, essa é justamente a proposição ameaçada de invalidação e, tal saber, aquele que deve ser questionado.

The passage from "I think" to "I exist" in Jaakko Hintikka and in Jacques Lacan. Although Lacan validates the cogito in the act of enunciation, the interest that he deposits in it is far from the existential auto-verifiability of the proposition "I exist" as sustained by Jaako Hintikka. Even if both of them assume the need of referring the act of representation to something beyond the level of representation (the performative qualification of the cogito), while the philosopher concentrates the power of the Cartesian argument om the proposition "I exist" - for we would know to whom this "I" would be refered to -, to the psychoanalyst this is exactly the proposition which is threatened by invalidation and, such knowledge, the one that must be questioned.

Pretende-se demonstrar, a partir da leitura do Seminário 23 de Jacques Lacan, a transformação do conceito psicanalítico de sintoma na categoria de sinthome, defendendo a ideia de que o mesmo possa ser compreendido como uma espécie de nova e "herética" maneira de articular os registros do Real, do Simbólico e do Imaginário (RSI). Trata-se, nesta nova abordagem, de uma rearticulação com o que estava na origem do sofrimento, transformando um legado de falta e interdição em algo de própria e singular invenção. Da ligação ao elemento paterno-divino, trinitário (tanto em relação à organização borromeana como em relação à trindade católica), passa-se ao aparentemente caótico e mundano do "diabo a quatro" (do nó borromeu acrescido da quarta consistência e dos quatro elementos da matéria no mundo secular).

The Sinthome as Lacan's theoretical heresy. In the present work we intend to demonstrate, based on the 23rd Seminar by Jacques Lacan, the transformation of the psychoanalytical concept of symptom into the category of the Sinthome, supporting the idea that it can be understood as a new and "heretical" way of articulating the registers of the Real, the Symbolic and the Imaginary (RSI). The essence of this new vision lies in a reconceptualization of the origin of the suffering, transforming the symptom, comprehended as a legacy of lack and interdiction, into something of one's own and singular invention. From the bound with the tripartite parental/divine element (of the borromean structure and of the catholic trinity), one switches to the secular "diabo a quatro" (Devil's four) (that of the borromean chain of four categories and also of the mundane four elements of matter).

Ao considerar o sofrimento gerado pelas relações amorosas como causa de demanda terapêutica, na clínica psicanalítica, procurou-se interrogar aqui em que sentido o parceiro sexual pode vir a constituir um sintoma para o sujeito. No encaminhamento dessa questão, examinou-se, mais especificamente, o modo de parceria sintomática entre sujeitos obsessivos e histéricos, apoiando-se na teoria psicanalítica do parceiro sintoma. Procura-se demonstrar de que maneira os sujeitos histéricos e obsessivos respondem, no nível dessa parceria, aos impasses engendrados pela ausência de inscrição simbólica da relação sexual.

The symptomatic wedding of the obsessive with the hysterical. When considering the suffering produced by loving relationships as the cause of therapeutic demand in the psychoanalytic clinic, we try to discuss the way in which a sexual partner can become a symptom to the subject. In the treatment of this issue, the author has examined, more specifically, the mode of symptomatic partnership between obsessive and hysterical subjects, relying on the psychoanalytic theory of the symptom partner. In this way, the article shows how obsessive and hysterical subjects respond, at the level of this partnership, to the impasses related by the absence of the symbolic inscription of the sexual report.

Na psicanálise o corpo tem uma constituição muito precisa, avessa às coordenadas anatomofisiológicas. Trata-se de um corpo afetado pela linguagem. A incorporação da estrutura promove uma transcrição do corpo que não é sem resto. No fenômeno psicossomático verifica-se que o objeto a não cumpre seu destino de objeto perdido, mantendo-se encarnado. A operação analítica permite uma relocalização do gozo, restituindo ao corpo o vazio que o constitui ao conduzir o gozo às bordas corporais sob efeito da modulação significante, na fala.

A body, three registers: RSI. Questions about the psychosomatic phenomenon. In psychoanalysis the body has a very precise constitution that differs from the medical concept. In psychoanalysis the body is affected by language. The incorporation of the language promotes a transcription of the body without leaving something behind. In the psychosomatic phenomenon, object a does not follow the destiny of a lost object, and remains incarcerated. The analytic operation allows a relocation of jouissance, restoring to the body the emptiness that fills it when leading jouissance towards the borders of the body under the effect of signifier modulation, through speech.

A psicose na criança traduz uma posição confusa do sujeito no registro simbólico. A partir de um trabalho clínico com um jovem psicótico serão debatidas tanto a relação pulsional e a demanda dirigida ao Outro, como a necessária distinção entre pai imaginário, real e simbólico. Por fim, será tratada a construção do trabalho analítico, realizado ao longo do tratamento, para suprir a função paterna.

Through this case history of the clinical treatment of a young psychotic boy, we aim to examine the place of the drives in his relation to the Other and the Other's demand, the distinction that must be made among the imaginary, symbolic and real fathers, and then the role of the construction, in the course of the analytic treatment, of a way of making up for the paternal function.

Apresentam-se algumas ideias sobre a transgeracionalidade. O absoluto designa certas representações sobreinvestidas por afetos que tendem a deter a cadeia associativa, levando às dificuldades na mudança psíquica. Ele revela traumas repassados dos pais para o filho, oriundos de uma linhagem arcaica. A análise de um casal fornece material clínico para as reflexões aqui contidas. Em suas origens clínicas e em seus desdobramentos teórico-clínicos, esse construto hipotético, oriundo de uma experiência clínica, articula-se a vários conceitos psicanalíticos. Esse operador tem sido útil à autora para entender o intenso sofrimento de alguns pacientes severamente traumatizados na trama das gerações da família.

A proposal on transgenerationality: the absolute. This article develops some ideas about transgenerationality. The absolute designates certain representations over-invested by affections which tend to deter the associative chain, leading to difficulties in the psychic change. It reveals past traumas transmitted from parents to their children, coming from an archaic lineage. The analysis of a couple provides the clinic material for some considerations about it. In its clinical origins and its theoretical and clinical development, this hypothetical construct, originated in a clinical experience, is related to several psychoanalytical concepts. It has been useful to understand the hard suffering of some of the author's patients severely traumatized in their families.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir e situar a função do vazio na obra de arte, a partir das teorizações de Melanie Klein e Jacques Lacan. Confrontando a posição de Klein em relação ao processo de criação - extraída da análise que faz de dois fragmentos literários - com a teorização sobre o objeto tal como formulada por Lacan nos anos de 1959-60, nossa proposta é discernir a operação de simbolização inerente à arte. Entendemos que este processo possibilita a passagem da desorganização suscitada pela presentificação do buraco - manifesta clinicamente pela angústia - à sua metaforização como falta através da qual se inscreve o vazio, estabelecendo-o em sua porção criativa.

The empty space. Reflections on the function of the emptiness in the psychoanalytic cure and art. This study aims at discussing and situating the role of the emptiness in the work of art, from the theorization of Melanie Klein and Lacan. Confronting Klein's position in relation to the process of creation - extracted from the analysis of two literary fragments - with the theorization of the object as proposed by Lacan in the years 1959-60, our proposal is to distinguish the symbolization inherent to art. We understand that this process enables the passage of disorganization suggested by the presence of the "hole" (ontogenic absence) - clinically manifested by anguish - to its metaphorization as absence through which emptiness is inscribed, settled in its creative portion.

O apoio à reflexão, a fim de estimular a dinâmica de vida abalada pelas angústias despertadas pelo anúncio de um resultado positivo na sorologia para o vírus da imunodeficiência humana (HIV), para a mulher que sabe que está grávida, exige abordagem benevolente. Constatamos que ante o anúncio desse diagnóstico, mortal a um prazo mais ou menos longo, a possibilidade de transmissão pela via materno-fetal é tomada em consideração pela mulher a quem se comunica que é satisfatório o resultado do protocolo médico de redução de riscos de transmissão da mãe à criança. Em compensação, os riscos de contaminação pela via sexual com seu parceiro impõem que essa mulher pense, pelo menos uma vez, como vai fazer para falar com ele, ou se vai se calar, com medo de ser levada a mal e rejeitada. Trata-se, portanto, além do sentimento de periculosidade ligado a esse vírus, de abrir para essa mulher uma reflexão acerca daquilo que é importante: para ela própria, para seu futuro, para o futuro do casal e para o futuro de seu filho que vai nascer.

HIV-positive and pregnant women. Difficulties of a coupleExperience in an association in Paris. To support reflection in order to encourage the dynamics of life upset by the anxiety brought about by the announcement of HIV positive testing for a woman who learns that she is pregnant, requires empathy. We realize that the announcement of a fatal prognosis in a more or less distant future, the possible transmission of the virus to the fœtus is taken into account by a woman who is told about the medical protocol to reduce the risks of transmission between mother and child. However, the risk of transmission through sexual intercourse with her partner incites her to contemplate - at least once - the possibility of telling him or to remain silent for fear of being ill-considered and rejected. The point is that, in addition to the feeling that the virus is dangerous, the woman should consider what is important for herself, for her own future, for the future of the couple and of the child to be born.
