Com base na releitura lacaniana da sexualidade, vamos desenvolver nossa tese sobre o laço íntimo entre sexuação e invenção. A última teoria do real é condensada na fórmula que preside o último ensino de Lacan: "não há relação sexual". O sintoma é a única infração à regra de que não há simbólico no real. As posições subjetivas masculina e feminina são sintomas, suplências da relação sexual que não existe. Retomando os marcos principais do pensamento freudiano sobre a sexualidade à luz do último ensino de Lacan, vamos demonstrar a articulação entre o ato da invenção e gênese do parceiro-sinthoma.

After we have pursued the Lacanian view of sexuality, we shall devellop our thesis on the intimate bond between sexuation and invention. The last theory of reality sums itself up in the formula that directs the last teaching of Lacan: "there is no sexual relation". The symptom is the only exception to the rule that states: the real is symbol-less. The male and female subjective positions are symptoms, supplements in the unexisting sexual relation. By resuming the main landmarks of Freudian thought on sexuality, in light of Lacan's last teaching, we shall demonstrate the articulation between the act of invention and the genesis of symptom-partner.

Propõe-se um exame crítico da apropriação que Lacan faz da teoria linguística estrutural de Saussure, identificando semelhanças e diferenças entre a teoria lacaniana e a saussuriana da significação, bem como de conceitos como "linguagem", "língua", "fala", "significante", "significado" e "signo". Desta forma, pretende-se demonstrar que frente à perspectiva epistemológica para o estudo da "linguagem" oferecida pela linguística saussuriana, Lacan dela se serve como base inicial para a construção da sua própria concepção de linguagem. Por fim, o artigo considera algumas dificuldades originadas pela iniciativa de aproximar princípios da teoria psicanalítica a fundamentos estruturalistas.

The present paper aims at providing a critical analysis of the appropriation Lacan makes of Sussure's structural linguistics theory. The objective is to identify similarities and differences between Lacanian and Saussurian theories regarding language, speech, signifier, meaning and sign. Thus, in the face of the epistemological perspective promoted by Saussure, the aim is to demonstrate how Lacan makes use of these concepts to support the building of his own theory of language. Finally, the article considers some difficulties which emerge from the attempt to 'bring together' two theories: structuralist fundaments and psychoanitic principles.

Investigam-se algumas consequências geradas pelo discurso capitalista no laço social. Tomando como ponto de partida a obra de Karl Marx e o ensino de Jacques Lacan, buscou-se caracterizar o capitalismo, enfatizando a acumulação da mais-valia como um movimento sem ponto de basta, deixando o sujeito num estado de insatisfação constante, e este estado, em contrapartida, vem sempre acompanhado pelo gozo de algum gadget. O caráter ilimitado desse processo acarreta uma modificação na relação do sujeito com a natureza, com os outros homens e com ele mesmo, em que tudo se transforma em mercadoria. O sujeito passa a habitar um mundo previamente condenado a tornar-se dejeto.

The article investigates the consequences of the capitalist discourse for the social bond. Taking the works of Karl Marx and Jacques Lacan as point of departure, one aimed to characterize capitalism emphasizing the accumulation of surplus-value as a movement without point of enough that causes in the subject a state of constant insatisfaction that on the other hand is always followed by the enjoyment of some gadget. The limitless character of this process causes an modification on the relationship of the subjetc with the nature, with the other men and with himself, where everything becomes commodities. The subject starts to inhabit a world previoulsy condamned to become a deject.

O funcionamento constelar, que começa com Mallarmé (1897) e vigora principalmente na primeira metade do século XX nas letras e nas artes, declina no início dos anos 1970, momento no qual entra em consideração no campo da psicanálise através do texto "Lituraterra" (1971), de Jacques Lacan. Essa entrada, a partir da qual a letra torna-se signo de gozo, é possibilitada pelo declínio do estruturalismo e da linearidade da linguística saussuriana e, de algum modo, abre as trilhas para uma escrita borromeana.

The constellation functioning, that starts with Mallarmé (1897) and invigorates mainly in the first half of the twentieth century in the field of Letters and Arts, declines at the beginning of the seventies, moment in which it enters into consideration in the field of Psychoanalysis in the text "Lituraterra" (1971). This entrance, from which the letter becomes a sign of jouissance, is made possible by the decline of structuralism and of the linearity of the saussurian linguistics and, in some way, it opens the trails to the borromean writing.

O artigo tem como tema 'as relações entre os termos discurso e psicose na teoria lacaniana. Contrariando a afirmação corrente de que na teoria de Jacques Lacan psicose e discurso seriam termos excludentes, percorre-se trechos do legado de Lacan, com o objetivo de demonstrar que as bases em que os comentadores se apoiam, em sua obra, para sustentar essa afirmação não são tão evidentes.

Contrary to the current affirmation that in the Jacques Lacan theory, psychosis and discourse are excluding terms, the author explores excerpts of Lacan's legacy, demonstrating that the bases on which the commentators hinge their work to sustain this affirmation are not so evident.

O exílio, do francês antigo essil, que provém do latim exsillum, significa a expulsão de alguém de sua pátria, com proibição de retornar. É a obrigação de residir fora de um lugar, longe de uma pessoa cuja ausência é lamentada. No conto "The shawl" [O xale] da escritora norte-americana Cynthia Ozick, o xale do bebê pode ser bebido como um líquido, como se o sujeito fosse uma criança, como se fosse seu próprio filho. Nós não podemos sair de uma vez por todas de nossa condição de infans, aquele que não fala. Não há paraíso perdido do qual estaríamos exilados - nossa infância, por exemplo.

Can we finish with exile? Exile, from the old French essil, which comes from the Latin exsillum, means the expelling of someone from his/her homeland and the forbidding to return. It's the enforcement to living out of a place, away from someone whose absence is mourned. In the novel The Shawl, by the American novelist Cynthia Ozick, the baby's shawl can be drunk as if it was liquid, as if one were a baby, one's own child. We cannot leave once and forever our condition of infans, that which doesn't speak. There's no lost paradise from where we were exiled - our childhood, for instance.

Com base na tese sobre a angústia somática, a qual assume que o substrato da angústia é a tensão sexual excessiva e desligada, apresenta-se a hipótese de que a ação da pulsão de morte sobre a pulsão de vida produz uma forma primordial de angústia. Essa angústia ainda não se caracterizaria como sensação, mas como pura quantidade que, com o desenvolvimento do aparelho psíquico, seria utilizada pelo ego para defesa. Portanto, a prontidão angustiada (Angstbereitschaft), descrita em Além do princípio do prazer, teria como fundamento tal forma de angústia.

Based in the thesis about somatic anguish, which declares that the substratum of anguish are extreme sexual tension and extreme sexual off, this article presents the hypothesis that the action of death impulse around of life impulse produces a primordial form of anguish. This anguish is not yet characterized as sensation, but as pure amount that, with the development of the psychic apparatus, would be used by the ego for the defense. Therefore, the readiness for anguish (Angstbereitschaft), described in Beyond the principle of the pleasure, would have as bedding such form of anguish.

Fazendo uso de elaborações de Giorgio Agamben e Alain Badiou, e tendo como pano de fundo a teoria lacaniana, este texto propõe que a Reforma Psiquiátrica teria entrado em uma segunda etapa, sendo necessário ressituarmos o que seria uma ética que contemplasse seus novos desdobramentos.

Pretende-se alinhavar uma compreensão teórica da análise de um sujeito compulsivo da atualidade. As subjetividades contemporâneas sofrem de adversidades da criação de si, para além da dinâmica das representações, entre o recalcado e o sintoma. A compulsão é uma tentativa malograda de inscrição pulsional e somente o paradoxo da afetação transferencial - ao mesmo tempo, afetar e ser afetado - contribuiria para o desvio do gozo. Para além da interpretação do que o analisante não diz, trata-se da possibilidade de acolhimento do que jamais poderia ser dito, mas apenas sentido.

The aim of the article is to outline a theoretical understanding of a current compulsive subject analysis. The contemporary subjectivities suffer of self-creation problems, beyond the dynamic of the representations, between the repressed and the symptom. The compulsion is a failure pulsional inscription try and only the transferencial affection paradox - at the same time, to affect and to be affected - would contribute to lust (jouissance) deviation. Beyond the interpretation of what the analysand doesn't say, what is at stake is the possibility of the reception that could never be said, but only felt.
