Propõe-se uma discussão sobre o impacto cultural e subjetivo provocado pelas novas formas de parentalidade, promovidas a partir das mudanças na família e nos papéis parentais e de gênero masculino e feminino, do controle sobre a procriação, das novas biotecnologias, e outros fatores, assim como suas repercussões sobre o grupo familiar e os processos de subjetivação. Defende-se a tese de que, independentemente da configuração familiar, o fundamental é que as crianças sejam cuidadas e desejadas, e que exista uma presença que ofereça a elas um lugar configurado com seus limites.

This article discusses the consequences upon culture and subjectivity caused by the new parenthood arrangements, which comes from new family arrangements, changes in parental roles and gender, procreation control, the development of biotechnologies, among other events, and their consequences on family group and on the process of becoming a person. It defends the following thesis: in any family groups arrangements, what is fundamental is that children must be wanted, beloved, cared for, and there must be someone who gives them a place and also who provides them limits.

Pretende-se fazer uma diferenciação entre a forma como a estrutura é vista pela psicologia e a maneira como é concebida pela psicanálise, com o intuito de analisar a especificidade da noção de estrutura na teoria psicanalítica e a sua importância no que diz respeito à questão da temporalidade. Para isso, a estrutura psicológica é vista, primeiramente, a partir do gestaltismo psicológico, um estruturalismo sem gênese, e, depois, na teoria piagetiana, que introduz a gênese na estrutura. Na estrutura psicanalítica, a temporalidade é da ordem da atualização, como se pode atestar no conceito de a posteriori (o Nachträglichkeit).

The article intends to distinguish the way structure is regarded by psychology from the way it is conceived in psychoanalysis, with the aim of analyzing the specificity of the idea of structure in psychoanalytical theory and its importance in relation to temporality. To this effect, psychological structure is seen firstly from the point of view of psychological Gestaltism, a structuralism without genesis, and secondly, in Piagetian theory, which introduces genesis into structure. In psychoanalytical structure temporality is of the order of actualization, as it can be seen in the concept of a posteriori (Nachträglichkeit).

Este trabalho propõe-se a mostrar como o conceito de compulsão à repetição, introduzido formalmente na teoria psicanalítica por Freud em Além do princípio do prazer (1920), encontra-se já presente, numa formulação muito próxima, no Projeto de uma psicologia, de 1895, e que seu sentido depende do quadro conceitual que começa a tomar forma nesse momento. Pretende-se, assim, contribuir para a discussão mais geral em torno do problema da gênese das concepções fundamentais da metapsicologia freudiana e exemplificar como o tournant do início dos anos 1920 pode ser melhor compreendido como um retorno a certos aspectos do pensamento inicial de Freud.

This paper purposes to show that the concept of repetition compulsion, formally introduced in the psychoanalytical theory in Freud's Beyond the pleasure's principle (1920), is already present, in a formulation much alike, in the Project for a psychology of 1895 and that its meaning depends on the conceptual framework that first takes shape at this time. It thus intends to contribute in the more general discussion about the origins of the fundamental concepts of Freudian metapsychology and exemplify how the tournant in the beginnings of the twenties may be best understood as a return to certain aspects of Freud's early thought.

Considerando que, na atualidade, a ordem social sofre uma radical transformação decorrente do declínio da função paterna e dos ideais, e que isto exige a invenção de um laço social diferente do estabelecido nas fórmulas tradicionais, a tese central deste artigo é de que há uma erótica a partir de um novo enlace com o feminino. Definem-se, pois, as linhas que condicionariam essa erótica orientada pela impossibilidade de complementaridade na relação entre os sexos. Os pontos essenciais dessa nova modalidade de gozo são ressaltados com comentários sobre uma situação exemplar retirada da literatura.

The central thesis points out that there is erotic based on new links with feminine, due to the fact that new social encirclements, distant from traditional, are being developed nowadays as a consequence of major changes in social order caused by the fall of paternal functions and of some well established ideals. It also defines the lines which condition this erotic guided by the impossibility of a complementary relation between the two sexes. Stress is made on the basic points of this new kind of rejoice by means of commented example chosen from world literature.

Apresenta-se um estudo sobre a produtividade do conceito de negação para a teoria psicanalítica. Se em Freud observamos que a Lógica exerce um importante papel comparativo, em Lacan, a Lógica oferece instrumentos para pensar o sujeito do inconsciente. O trabalho toma como ponto de partida duas acepções de negação, a negação dos contrários e a negação dos contraditórios. Essas duas acepções são analisadas nos campos da lógica e da psicanálise. A partir da análise lacaniana do conceito de negação em Lógica e em Freud, mostra-se como Lacan produz uma lógica do sujeito do inconsciente a partir da lógica moderna.

This article presents a study on the productivity of the concept of negation for the psychoanalytical theory. If in Freudian works, we observe that the Logic exerts an important comparative paper, in Lacanian field, the Logic offers instruments to think the subject of the unconscious. The work takes, as starting point, two negation meanings, the negation of the contrary and the negation of the contradictory. These two meanings are analyzed in the logic and psychoanalytical fields. The article presents the Lacanian analysis of the Freudian concept of negation and the Logic concept of negation. The study reveals as Lacan produces a logic of the subject of the unconscious based on the modern logic.

O presente artigo retoma o trecho do texto Lituraterra, em que Lacan se refere à comédia As nuvens, de Aristófanes, com o propósito de ampliar suas possibilidades de leitura, por meio do retorno à peça do comediógrafo grego e a outras referências da obra lacaniana sobre a comédia. O texto deverá mostrar em que medida o recurso à comédia, compreendido a partir do instrumental teórico da Psicanálise, opera em favor de um movimento denominado por Lacan "a ruptura dos semblantes", engendrando uma nova maneira de conectar o significante ao gozo.

This article reviews the part of Lacan's Lituraterre where the author mentions Aristophane's comedy Clouds. We want to enlarge its reading possibilities through the return to Aristophane's play and also, to other references of Lacanian work on comedy. We will show how the psychoanalysis' vision of comedy is connected to something called by Lacan as the rupture of semblants, creating a new way of linking the significant to the jouissance.

Apresentam-se as razões pelas quais tanto o pensamento científico quanto o pensamento psicanalítico recusam o realismo em todos os seus matizes para pensar o que estrutura uma experiência. Desta análise, extrai-se como conseqüência a irredutibilidade de qualquer tratamento do sujeito por meio de um processo de objetivação, demarcando assim o campo de atuação próprio aos problemas pensados e tratados pela psicanálise. Tira-se também como conseqüência que esta irredutibilidade da psicanálise a uma objetivação não torna a psicanálise incompatível com o mundo científico, ao contrário, esta disjunção se dá exatamente pela compatibilidade lógica entre o pensamento psicanalítico e o pensamento científico.

This article shows the reasons through which the scientific thought as well as the psychoanalytic thought deny the realism in all its basis in order to think what structures an experience. The irreductability of any treatment of the subject through the means of an objective process is extracted from this analysis by the author; therefore, drawing the field of the problems which are thought and treated by psychoanalysis. Furthermore, this objective psychoanalytic process doesn't make psychoanalysis incompatible with the scientific world; in fact, this disjunction just happens through the logics between the psychoanalytic thought and the scientific thought.

O enfraquecimento contemporâneo das figuras tutelares tem como correlato certa escalada do medo. Contudo, a psicanálise apostará em outra via que não a da restauração do pai do patriarcado. A fim de pensar tal via, articula-se, aqui, as diferentes categorias do medo, considerando-se as formas tomadas por este termo no curso da História, bem como suas inflexões contemporâneas na relação com o laço social.

The contemporary weakning of the tutelaring figures holds a corrilation to a fear scale. However, the psychoanalysis will bet on other means that not the one of the restauration of the patriarchate father. In order to think such a mean, it is here argued the different categories of fear, considering the forms taken by this term in the course of History, as well as its contemporary inflections in the relation with social bonds.
