SUMMARY
Two atypical cases of Best's vitelliform macular distrophy are presented. Instead of the classical picture of an isolated egg-yolk macular lesion, multiple white-yellow lesions measuring 200-1500 micra were observed distributed in a scattered way over the posterior pole and the retina equator of both eyes. They presented subnormal electrooculograms.
