SUMMARY
In the present study we made considerations about non tumoral pathology which can simulate neoplasic intra-ocular lesions in the echographic exam.
The echography of the lesions considered in this study show the same aspects of ocular tumors, more commonly found in choroid malignant melanoma.
However, a more careful appreciation of the echographic view, with imore attention to standart “A" Scan, almost always permits the differential diagnosis.
