Colli and shoots were produced from embryo axis and plumule from Dipterix odorata cultivate on Murashige & Skoog (1962) basic medium complemented with 2,4 - D (2 mg/1) and 6 - BAP (0,5 mg/1) medium A and with 6 - BAP (2 mg/1) medium B. On medium A, the embryo axis produced callus white on medium B the embryo axis and the plumule produced shoots. The embryo axis cultivated on medium B developed shoots from root típs. The callus and the shoots dis not develop after transfering.
