Resumo O uso da tecnologia na área da saúde tem crescido cada vez mais. Os dispositivos móveis possibilitam que as pessoas aprendam em qualquer lugar e a qualquer tempo. OBJETIVO: investigar a satisfação do usuário quanto ao uso de hipermídias para a aprendizagem de educação em saúde por meio de dispositivo móvel. MÉTODO: contou com 4 partes. Na primeira, foi aplicado um questionário pré-teste, em seguida houve a interação com as hipermídias, posteriormente aplicou-se o questionário pós-teste. Por fim, os participantes avaliaram a satisfação quanto ao uso das hipermídias. RESULTADOS: os resultados obtidos demonstraram que os participantes consideraram as hipermídias atraentes, desejadas, que elas promovem o sentimento de integração e aproximação, bem como tem um enorme valor em sua aplicação. CONCLUSÕES: a pesquisa demonstrou que o uso das hipermídias em dispositivos móveis para o aprendizado em cuidados em saúde é uma solução criativa, atrativa e eficaz e aprimora o processo ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract The use of technology in healthcare has been growing more each day. Mobile devices make it possible for anyone to learn anywhere, anytime. OBJECTIVE: to investigate user satisfaction regarding the use of hypermedia for learning health education through mobile devices. METHODS: It consisted of 4 parts. At first, a pre-test questionnaire was applied, then there was the interaction with the hypermedia, later the post-test questionnaire was conducted. Finally, participants rated their satisfaction in regard to the use of hypermedia. RESULTS: findings showed that the participants considered the hypermedia appealing, desirable, promoted a feeling of integration and closeness, and had an enormous value in their application. CONCLUSIONS: this study demonstrated that the use of hypermedia on mobile devices for learning in healthcare is a creative, appealing, and effective solution. Also, it improves the teaching-learning process.

ABSTRACT Chill is a limiting factor in commercial production of temperate fruit due to their dormancy mechanism. Thus, knowledge of chill requirements of cultivars is important to reach successful production. This study aimed at evaluating responses given by different pecan cultivars subject to artificial chill. Pecan branches were collected from twelve 9-year-old cultivars – Success, Shoshoni, Farley, Elliott, Mohawk, Jackson, Desirable, Barton, Importada, Shawnee, Choctaw and Melhorada – in two orchards located in Canguçu, Rio Grande do Sul (RS) state, Brazil, in 2017 and 2018. Treatments consisted in exposing branches to 0, 250, 500, 750 and 1,000 chill hours in a cold chamber (4.0 ± 0.5 °C) and then taking them to the germination chamber (25 ± 0.5 °C and photoperiod of 16 hours of light) until the end of the evaluations. Final budbreak rate (FBR) of every cultivar and the number of days required to reach 50% of budbreak (DD50%) were evaluated. Chill required by cultivars to start budbreak varied in both years under evaluation. Both FBR and DD50 were higher in 2017 than in 2018. Due to high variation in FBR and DD50, chill requirements of pecan cultivars could not be clearly determined by the biological method.

ABSTRACT The amount of solar irradiation available in the growing environment can cause significant changes in physiology and leaf anatomy that enable crops to acclimate to different light conditions. In this sense, the objective was to characterize the leaf anatomy and to elucidate the morpho-physiological mechanisms of acclimation to high solar irradiance of heliconia genotypes during the initial stage of development under semiarid conditions. The experiment was conducted in the municipality of Petrolina, Pernambuco state, Brazil (09° 19’ 14” S, 40° 32’ 40” W, and 387 m of altitude) and the behavior of three heliconia genotypes (Heliconia rauliniana; H. bihai cv. Lobster Claw Two, and H. rostrata) grown in full sun and shading (50%) environments were evaluated. At 30 days after the implementation of the experiment, leaf anatomy, chlorophyll index, plant height, number of leaves, and number of tillers were analyzed. Heliconia leaves are characterized as amphistomatous with tetracytic stomata. In its main vein there are aerenchyma structures and hypodermis on the abaxial and adaxial sides. The responses to different light conditions in plants of H. bihai, H. rauliniana, and H. rostrata are genotype-specific. Furthermore, the anatomical structures and physiological changes observed in H. bihai and H. rauliniana plants demonstrate that these genotypes present greater plasticity and consequently greater potential for acclimation to high solar irradiation conditions. Thus, the genotypes H. rauliniana and H. bihai emerge as a potential alternative for cultivation in gardens or in open areas and for exploration as cut flower in regions with high solar irradiation availability.

RESUMO A quantidade de irradiação solar disponível no ambiente de cultivo pode causar alterações significativas na fisiologia e anatomia foliar que possibilite á aclimatação das culturas a diferentes condições de luminosidade. Nesse sentido, objetivou-se a caracterização anatômica foliar e a elucidação dos mecanismos morfofisiológicos de aclimatação a alta irradiância solar de genótipos de helicônias durante o estágio inicial de desenvolvimento em condições semiáridas. O experimento foi conduzido no município de Petrolina-Pernambuco (09°19’14” S, 40°32’40” O e 387 metros de altitude) e foram avaliados o comportamento de três genótipos de helicônias (Heliconia rauliniana; H. bihai cv. Lobster Claw Two e H. rostrata) cultivadas em ambientes de pleno sol e sombreamento (50%). Aos 30 dias após a implantação do experimento foi realizado análises anatômicas foliares, índice de clorofilas, altura de plantas, número de folhas e número de perfilhos. As folhas de helicônias são caracterizadas como do tipo anfiestomática com estômatos do tipo tetracítico. Em sua nervura principal há estruturas de aerênquimas e hipoderme nas faces abaxial e adaxial. As respostas as diferentes condições de luminosidade em plantas de H. bihai, H. rauliniana e H. rostrata são genótipo-específicas. Além disso, as estruturas anatômicas e as alterações fisiológicas observadas em plantas de H. bihai e H. rauliniana demostram que esses genótipos apresentam maior plasticidade e consequentemente maior potencial de aclimatação às condições de alta irradiação solar. Assim, os genótipos H. rauliniana e H. bihai surgem como potencial alternativa para o cultivo em jardins ou áreas abertas e para exploração como flor de corte em regiões com alta disponibilidade de irradiação solar.

ABSTRACT Genipa americana L. is a forest species of high socioeconomic potential. However, predatory extractivism actions threaten its existence, making it necessary to adopt conservationist practices. G. americana seeds show sensitivity to desiccation and cooling, making it unfeasible for conservation by conventional methods. Thus, cryopreservation is an promising alternative for the long-term conservation of species that produce unorthodox seeds, such as the genipap. In this sense, the objective was to cryopreservation of seeds of G. americana and to evaluate the effects of desiccation and freezing on germination and establishment of seedlings. Initially, seeds were dehydrated in silica gel 0, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 h, and then were cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen (LN) (-196 °C) during 24 h. After thawing, the viability and germination were analyzed. Dehydrated and non-cryopreserved seeds were also analyzed. The silica gel desiccation caused a reduction in viability and germination of the seeds of G. americana. The initial seed water content was so high (47%) that storage in LN (+LN) without prior dehydration treatment resulted in seed mortality. It was verified that, the dehydration in silica gel for the minimum time 20 h (corresponding to 14% water content) provides greater freezing tolerance, allowing the successful cryopreservation. Silica gel dehydration followed by immersion in LN was shown to be highly efficient for cryopreservation of seeds of G. americana, besides germinatio after thawing, high survival rates (100%) were obtained, with growth and normal establishment of the seedlings after acclimatization.

Abstract Introduction Rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of the frequent traumatic injuries of the knee joint complex, and the isokinetic dynamometer is essential to assess and measure its joint function. Objective To analyze the volume of physical therapy treatment using the same protocol with different duration in patients undergoing ACL reconstruction. Methods This is a prospective observational cohort study. The sample consisted of 13 adult male individuals who underwent ACL reconstruction surgery. Participants were divided into two groups: accelerated treatment (AC) and non-accelerated treatment (NAC). Participants underwent a standardized protocol of post-reconstruction physio-therapy, starting in the immediate postoperative period. The AC group performed the treatment three times a week, with a duration of 4 hours each session for 6 months, while the NAC performed twice a week with duration of two hours each session for eight months. Results The groups showed the same behavior during the post-reconstruction treatment periods, showing that regardless of time, the results were beneficial at the end of the treatment. However, in the accelerated protocol, the injured limb showed a significant difference for extender peak torque (PTEXT) in the preoperative and 4-month postoperative period (230.5 vs 182.6), 4-month postoperative period and final (182.6 vs 242.1) in the AC group, while in the NAC group there was no significant difference between times in this same limb. Conclusion Greater volumes of weekly training characterized better results, showing that rehabilitation time is not a predictor of discharge, but rehabilitation time obtains good results for the variables.

Resumo Introdução A ruptura do ligamento cruzado anterior (LCA) é uma das lesões traumáticas frequentes do complexo articular do joelho, sendo o dinamômetro isocinético fundamental para avaliar e mensurar sua função articular. Objetivo Analisar o volume de tratamento fisioterapêutico utilizando o mesmo protocolo com diferentes durações em pacientes submetidos à reconstrução do LCA. Métodos Trata-se de um estudo de coorte observacional prospectivo. A amostra foi composta por 13 indivíduos adultos do sexo masculino submetidos à cirurgia de reconstrução do LCA. Os participantes foram divididos em dois grupos: tratamento acelerado (AC) e tratamento não acelerado (NAC). Os participantes foram submetidos a um protocolo padronizado de fisioterapia pós-reconstrução, com início no pós-operatório imediato. O grupo AC realizou o trata-mento três vezes por semana, com duração de 4 horas cada sessão, durante 6 meses, enquanto o grupo NAC realizou duas vezes por semana, com duração de duas horas cada sessão, durante oito meses. Resultados Os grupos apresentaram o mesmo comportamento durante os períodos de tratamento pós-reconstrução, mostrando que independente do tempo, os resultados foram benéficos ao final do tratamento. No protocolo acelerado, porém, o membro lesionado apresentou diferença significativa para pico de torque extensor (PTEXT) no pré-operatório e pós-operatório de 4 meses (230,5 vs 182,6), pós-operatório de 4 meses e final (182,6 vs 242,1) no grupo AC, enquanto no NAC não houve diferença significativa entre os tempos neste mesmo membro. Conclusão Maiores volumes de treinamento semanal caracterizaram melhores resultados, mostrando que o tempo de reabilitação não é preditor de alta, mas o tempo de reabilitação obtém bons resultados para as variáveis.

Abstract Traditionally, Torch Ginger is commercially propagated via rhizomes. Micropropagation (M) is a viable alternative that ensures the genetic and phytosanitary quality of plantlets. However, in vitro cultivation conditions can lead to morphophysiological disorders resulting in death or difficulties in the acclimatization process and establishment of seedlings/plantlets in field conditions. Thus, Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) has been used in some crops in order to mitigate the drastic effects during acclimatization and establishment of micropropagated plantlets in the field. In this sense, the objective of this study was to evaluate the implantation forms and efficacy of micropropagation and AMF inoculation on the establishment and production of Torch Ginger plants. The planting was carried in shading screens (50%) and different implantation forms were used; through rhizome (RIZ) and plantlets micropropagated with (M+AMF) and without (M-AMF) inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. Evaluations of growth, phenology and mycorrhizal colonization were carried out for one year. Micropropagation, independently of AMF inoculation, favoured a better development in height and number of tillers when compared to RIZ plants It is concluded that micropropagated plants of E. elatior showed earlier tiller emission, better development and initial establishment in the field. Additionally, the forms of implantation of E. elatior via rhizome and via micropropagation with or without AMF inoculation produce inflorescences with the minimum characteristics required for commercialization.

Resumo Tradicionalmente, a forma de propagação comercial do bastão-do-Imperador é por meio de rizomas. A micropropagação (M) é uma alternativa viável que garante a qualidade genética e fitossanitária das plântulas. No entanto, as condições do cultivo in vitro podem causar distúrbios morfofisiológicos resultando na morte ou dificuldades no processo de aclimatização e estabelecimento das mudas sob condições de campo. Dessa forma, Fungos Micorrízicos Arbusculares (FMA) têm sido utilizados em algumas culturas com o intuito de amenizar os efeitos drásticos durante a aclimatização e estabelecimento de plântulas micropropagadas no campo. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desse estudo foi avaliar as formas de implantação e eficácia da micropropagação e da inoculação com FMA no estabelecimento e produção de plantas de bastão-do-Imperador. O plantio foi realizado em telado com sombreamento (50%) e utilizou-se diferentes formas de implantação; via rizoma (RIZ) e através de plântulas micropropagadas com (M+FMA) e sem (M-FMA) inoculação com fungos micorrízicos arbusculares. Foram realizadas avaliações de crescimento, fenologia e colonização micorrízica ao longo de um ano de cultivo. A micropropagação, independente da inoculação com FMA, favoreceu melhor desenvolvimento em altura e número de perfilhos quando comparada às plantas obtidas de mudas via RIZ. Conclui-se que plantas micropropagadas de E. elatior apresentaram emissão de perfilhos mais precoce, melhor desenvolvimento e estabelecimento inicial no campo. Adicionalmente, as formas de implantação de E. elatior via rizoma e via micropropagação com ou sem inoculação de FMA produzem inflorescências com as características mínimas exigidas para comercialização.

Resumo: Angiospermas da Estação Ecológica de Tapacurá (EET), localizada em um fragmento de Floresta Estacional Semidecidual de Terras Baixas, Floresta Atlântica, foram analisadas. Coletas botânicas foram realizadas para compor uma lista de espécies e essas espécies identificadas por comparação com espécimes depositados nos herbários HST, PEUFR e IPA, além de consultas a banco de dados online. Um total de 479 espécies foram identificadas, pertencentes a 81 famílias e 285 gêneros. As famílias mais ricas foram Fabaceae (68), Rubiaceae (25), Malvaceae (20), Myrtaceae (20), Cyperaceae (19), Poaceae (19), Bromeliaceae (18), Euphorbiaceae (17), Asteraceae (16) e Sapindaceae (14), que juntas representaram 49,27% do número total de espécies. Grande semelhança foi observada entre nossos resultados e levantamentos de outras florestas de várzea no nordeste do Brasil, com as famílias Fabaceae, Rubiaceae e Myrtaceae apresentando a maior riqueza de espécies. Este estudo adicionou 44 novas ocorrências para o Estado de Pernambuco, demonstrando a riqueza e abundância dos táxons de TES e a importância de sua conservação para a flora regional.

Abstract: Angiosperm species growing in a fragment of Lowland Semideciduous Seasonal Forest in the Tapacurá Ecological Station (TES) in Pernambuco State (Brazil) were surveyed. Botanical collections to compose a species list were undertaken and these species identified by comparisons with specimens deposited in the HST, PEUFR and IPA herbaria, in addition to online database queries. A total of 479 species were identified, belonging to 81 families and 285 genera. The families with the largest numbers of species were Fabaceae (68), Rubiaceae (25), Malvaceae (20), Myrtaceae (20), Cyperaceae (19), Poaceae (19), Bromeliaceae (18), Euphorbiaceae (17), Asteraceae (16), and Sapindaceae (14), which together accounted for 49.27% of the total number of species. Great similarity was observed between our results and surveys of other lowland forests in northeastern Brazil, with the families Fabaceae, Rubiaceae, and Myrtaceae having the greatest species richness. This study added 44 new occurrences for Pernambuco State, demonstrating the richness and abundance of TES taxa and the importance of their conservation to the regional flora.

Resumen Introducción: A pandemia da COVID-19 apresenta uma maior demanda de trabalho para os profissionais de saúde, em especial, os de enfermagem, por compor a maior parcela entre os trabalhadores de saúde y pelo cuidado prolongado com o paciente. Objetivo: Evaluar los impactos de la pandemia COVID-19 en la salud mental de los profesionales de enfermeira. Metodología: Se trata de un estudio transversal realizado con datos de una encuesta basada en la web que contó con la participación de 490 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en los servicios de mediana y alta complejidad del estado de Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil. El resultado del estudio “impacto de COVID-19 entre profesionales de enfermería” se categorizó con base en el análisis de conglomerados, y luego se realizó un análisis de regresión de Poisson con varianza robusta para estimar la razón de prevalencia del resultado en relación con las variables independientes. Resultados: Os mais impactados apresentaram maior prevalência de Síndrome de Burnout (RP=1,50; p=0,007), sintomas graves de ansiedade (RP=1,36; p=0,019) e depressão (RP=1,40, p=0,011). Conclusión: Una pandemia de COVID-19 impacta directamente en la salud mental dos profesionales de enfermam que atuam na linha de frente, con el desenvolvimiento del Síndrome de Burnout y de síntomas graves de ansiedade e depressão.

Objetivo: Avaliar os impactos da pandemia de COVID-19 na saúde mental de profissionais de enfermagem. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo transversal realizado com os dados de um web-based survey que contou com a participação de 490 profissionais de enfermagem atuantes nos serviços de média e alta complexidade do estado do Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil. O desfecho do estudo “impacto da COVID-19 entre os profissionais de enfermagem” foi categorizado a partir da análise de cluster, e em seguida procedeu-se análise de regressão de Poisson com variância robusta para estimar a razão de prevalência do desfecho em relação às variáveis independentes. Resultados: Os mais impactados apresentaram maior prevalência de Síndrome de Burnout (RP=1,50; p=0,007), sintomas graves de ansiedade (RP=1,36; p=0,019) e depressão (RP=1,40, p=0,011). Conclusão: A pandemia de COVID-19 impactou diretamente na saúde mental dos profissionais de enfermagem que atuam na linha de frente, com o desenvolvimento de Síndrome de Burnout e de sintomas graves de ansiedade e depressão.

Abstract Introduction: A COVID-19 pandemic presents a greater demand for work for health professionals, especially those for illnesses, due to a larger share between health workers and long-term care as a patient. Objective: Assess the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of nursing professionals. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional study carried out with data from a web-based survey that included the participation of 490 nursing professionals working in the medium and high complexity services of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. The outcome of the study “impact of COVID-19 among nursing professionals” was categorized based on the cluster analysis, and Poisson regression analysis with robust variance was then performed to estimate the outcome prevalence ratio in relation to the independent variables. Results: The more impacted have a higher prevalence of Burnout Syndrome (PR = 1.50; p = 0.007), severe symptoms of anxiety (PR = 1.36; p = 0.019) and depression (PR = 1.40, p = 0.011). Conclusion: A COVID-19 pandemic directly impacted on mental health two disease professionals who face the front line, as the development of Burnout Syndrome and severe symptoms of anxiety and depression.

This study aims to understand the perception of the caregiver, caregiver (usually a family member) and person with special care in the self-directed learning process in a non-formal context using mobile hypermedia. The research is applied, explanatory, qualitative and quantitative and experimental design. The self-directed learning analysis of this study included the perspective of characteristics (process) and application. The results of the experiment showed that participants had self-directed learning skills, such as making notes of important points (75.6%), self-confidence (82.9%), emphasizing important points (87.8%) and whether accounted for the learning process (87.8%). Despite the positive aspect of self-directed learning, some skills were assessed as fragile: ability to relate theoretical knowledge to everyday life, full understanding that study immediately before a test is not permanent, and that motivation does not guarantee focus (even motivated can be distracted and deviate from your goal).

Este estudo objetiva compreender a percepo do cuidador, responsável (normalmente um familiar) e pessoa com cuidados especiais no processo de aprendizagem autodirecionada num contexto no-formal utilizando hipermídias para dispositivo móvel. A pesquisa é do tipo aplicada, explicativa, quali-quantitativa e com delineamento experimental. A análise da aprendizagem autodirecionada deste estudo compreendeu a perspectiva das características (processo) e da aplicao. Os resultados do experimento demonstraram que os participantes possuíam habilidades de aprendizagem autodirecionadas, como por exemplo, faziam anotações de pontos importantes (75,6%), possuíam autoconfiança (82,9%), enfatizavam pontos importantes (87,8%) e se responsabilizavam pelo processo de aprender (87,8%). Apesar do aspecto positivo na aprendizagem autodirecionada, algumas habilidades foram avaliadas como frágeis: capacidade de relacionar conhecimento teórico com a vida cotidiana, compreenso em sua plenitude que o estudo imediatamente antes de um teste no é permanente, e que a motivao no garante o foco (mesmo motivados podem se distrair e desviar do seu objetivo).

Resumo Allamanda puberula é uma espécie nativa do bioma Caatinga com potencial ornamental e paisagístico. No entanto, seu potencial é pouco explorado devido à falta de informações sobre a biologia de suas sementes e propagação. Neste contexto, foi realizado um estudo de caracterização das sementes e seu potencial para produção de mudas em diferentes recipientes. Os experimentos foram divididos em duas fases. A primeira consistiu na caracterização dos frutos e sementes, por meio da avaliação do número de sementes por frutos, suas dimensões (comprimento e largura), peso de mil sementes, número de sementes kg-¹, grau de umidade, germinação e emergência. A segunda fase consistiu da produção das mudas em viveiro avaliando o crescimento ao longo dos dias após a semeadura (DAS) (15, 30, 45 e 60 DAS) e o efeito do tipo de recipiente (bandejas e tubetes) para a formação das mudas. A espécie A. puberula possui sementes pequenas e um significativo número de sementes por fruto. Aparentemente não há nenhum impedimento físico ou tipo de dormência que prejudique o processo germinativo das sementes. As mudas cultivadas em tubetes foram melhores em termos de crescimento e alocação de biomassa. Porém, a indicação do melhor recipiente de cultivo de A. puberula propagadas via sementes dependerá do projeto de implantação e das caracterísitcas específicas do campo. A caracterização de sementes de A. puberula demostrou potencial fisiológico satisfatório para à germinação e formação completa de plântulas em viveiro, possibilitando o sucesso na obtenção de mudas por meio da propagação seminífera.

Abstract Allamanda puberula is a native species of the Caatinga biome with ornamental and landscaping potential. However, its potential is little explored due to the lack of information about the biology of its seeds and propagation. In this context, a study was carried out in order to characterize the seeds and their potential to produce seedlings in different containers. The experiments were divided into two phases. The first consisted in the characterization of fruits and seeds by evaluating the number of seeds per fruit, their dimensions (length and width), the weight of a thousand seeds, the number of seeds kg-¹, the degree of moisture, germination and emergence. The second phase consisted in the production of seedlings in a nursery, evaluating the growth over the days after sowing (DAS) (15, 30, 45 and 60 DAS) and the effect of the type of container (trays and tubes) for the formation of the seedlings. The species A. puberula has small seeds and a significant number of seeds per fruit. Apparently, there is no physical impediment or type of dormancy that impairs the germination process of the seeds. Seedlings grown in tubes were better in terms of growth and allocation of biomass. However, the indication of the best cultivation container for A. puberula propagated via seeds will depend on the implantation project and the specific characteristics of the field. The characterization of A. puberula seeds showed satisfactory physiological potential for germination and complete seedling formation in the nursery, enabling success in obtaining seedlings through seminiferous propagation.

RESUMO As espécies tropicais podem exigir temperaturas mais altas e maiores concentração de reguladores de crescimento para o desenvolvimento in vitro. Em função dessas condições afetarem o metabolismo vegetal, o objetivo foi identificar como diferentes temperaturas na sala de crescimento e concentrações de giberelinas podem afetar os embriões no desenvolvimento in vitro de estrelícia, analisando o efeito sobre EROS e a estabilidade citogenética. Os embriões zigóticos foram cultivados em meio MS suplementado com 0, 5, 10 e 20 µM de GA3 e mantidos em sala de crescimento sob temperaturas de 25 °C, 30/25 °C e 30 °C. Após 60 dias, observou-se maior germinação dos embriões (72%) e comprimento das brotações (3,14 cm) em meio adicionado com 20 µM de GA3. Nessa concentração, houve um aumento na atividade da redutase do nitrato sem alterar a estabilidade citogenética. A temperatura influenciou apenas o comprimento da parte aérea e da raiz, que foram maiores a 25 °C. A 30 °C, a atividade de SOD e APX aumentou em comparação com o tratamento a 25 °C. Assim, a adição de 20 µM de GA3 ao meio de cultura e temperatura de 25 °C na sala de crescimento deve ser utilizada para cultura de embriões zigóticos de estrelitzia.

ABSTRACT Tropical species may require higher temperatures as well as higher growth regulator concentrations for in vitro development. Since these conditions may affect plant metabolism, the objective of this study was to identify how different temperatures and gibberellin concentrations may affect the in vitro development of strelitzia embryos, analyzing the effect on ROS and cytogenetic stability. Zygotic embryos were cultivated on MS medium supplemented with 5, 10 and 20 µM GA3 under temperatures of 25 °C, 30/25 °C and 30 °C. After 60 days, higher embryonic germination rate (72%) and shoot length of plantlets (3.14 cm) were observed on medium containing 20 µM gibberellic acid (GA3). At this concentration, there was an increase in nitrate reductase activity with no change in the cytogenetic stability. The temperature influenced only shoot and root lengths, which were highest at 25 °C. At 30 °C, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activities increased compared with those at 25 °C. Thus, the addition of 20 µM GA3 to the culture medium and a temperature of 25 °C in the growth room should be used for zygotic embryo culture of strelitzia.

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyze, through their knowledge and attitudes, the association of nurses' practices in the prevention of falls of hospitalized elderly. Methodology: A transversal and analytical study, performed with 76 nurses at six hospitals in Cuiabá state of Mato Grosso, Brasil. Data were collected through an interview with a validated questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson's chi-square (χ2) test with significance level of 5% and Poisson regression. Results: It was verified that 89.5% of the nurses had insufficient knowledge, 52.6% had a favorable attitude and 61.8% had preventive practices. There was an association between the preventive practices of falls performed by nurses and sufficient knowledge. Conclusions: Most nurses have insufficient knowledge about falls and their prevention, however their attitudes are favorable. Nurses with sufficient knowledge adopt more preventive measures than those with insufficient knowledge.

RESUMEN Objetivo: Analizar la asociación de las prácticas de las enfermeras en la prevención de caídas de adultos mayores hospitalizados con su conocimiento y actitudes. Metodología: Estudio transversal, analítico, realizado con 76 enfermeras en seis hospitales de Cuiabá, estado de Mato Grosso, Brasil. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de entrevista con cuestionario validado y analizados mediante prueba de la χ2 de Pearson, con un nivel de significación del 5% y regresión de Poisson. Resultados: Se constató que el 89,5% de las enfermeras tienen conocimientos insuficientes, un 52,6% actitud favorable y un 61,8% realiza prácticas preventivas. Hubo asociación entre las prácticas preventivas de caídas realizadas por las enfermeras y el conocimiento suficiente. Conclusiones: La mayoría de las enfermeras tienen conocimiento insuficiente sobre caídas y su prevención; sin embargo, sus actitudes son favorables. Las enfermeras con conocimiento suficiente adoptan más medidas preventivas que aquellas con conocimiento insuficiente.

Resumo O monitoramento dos parâmetros biofísicos de uma determinada região é de suma importância para sua população, tendo em vista os impactos causados por fenômenos climáticos de grande escala e a sazonalidade dos sistemas meteorológicos que afetam a região. Portanto, o objetivo do estudo é analisar a sazonalidade dos parâmetros biofísicos índice de Vegetação por Diferença Normalizada (IVDN) e temperatura da superfície terrestre (TST) assim como, sua interação com a chuva no Estado de Alagoas para os anos de 2001 e 2016 sobe influência de La Niña. Foram utilizados produtos de IVDN e TST do sensor MODIS, satélite TERRA, processados através do software Qgis 2.18.3. Inicialmente, foram realizados cálculos com os fatores de ajuste nas imagens de IVDN e TST, e posteriormente foram elaborados os mapas temáticos. Os resultados obtidos mostram um aumento no último trimestre do ano de 2016 nas classes de vegetação rala e solo exposto e uma diminuição da vegetação densa em relação ao ano de 2001, nas demais classes houve uma variabilidade sazonal da cobertura vegetal. Os mapas de TST apresentam correlação forte com o IVDN, mostrando uma relação inversamente proporcional entre os parâmetros. Na precipitação verificou-se a sua influência direta na resposta do IVDN e TST, devido ao tipo de vegetação encontrado na região.

Abstract The monitoring of the biophysical parameters of a given region is of paramount importance for its population, in view of the impacts caused by large-scale climatic factors and the seasonality of the meteorological systems that affect the region. Therefore, the objective of the study is analyzing the seasonality of the biophysical parameters Index of Vegetation by Normalized Difference (IVDN) and Land surface temperature (LST) as well, TST interaction with rainfall in the State of Alagoas for the years 2001 and 2016 rises under the influence of La Niña. IVDN and TST product TST from the MODIS sensor, TERRA satellite, were processed using the Qgis 2.18.3 software. Initially, calculations were performed with the adjustment factors in the IVDN and TST images, and later the thematic maps were prepared for the analyzes. The result TST obtained show an increase in the last quarter of 2016 in the classes of thin vegetation and exposed soil and a decrease in dense vegetation compared to 2001, in the other classes there is a seasonal variability of the vegetation cover. TST maps have direct influence with IVDN, showing an inversely proportional relationship between the parameters. In precipitation, TST direct influence on the response of IVDN and TST was verified, due to the type of vegetation found in the region.

Este artigo apresenta um modelo gráfico para apoiar o processo de planejamento docente, usando para tanto uma estrutura baseada na hierarquização conceitual, que permite relacionar conceitos subsunçores e recursos educacionais por nível de dependência. Tal abordagem se fundamenta no construto teórico-metodológico das trajetórias de aprendizagem e se utiliza de princípios da teoria da aprendizagem significativa ausubeliana, de linguagens de programação visuais e de técnicas para desenvolvimento web. A fim de avaliar a percepção do uso do modelo junto a seu público-alvo, foram realizados dois experimentos para analisar critérios quanto à aceitação da tecnologia e percepção docente sobre o uso do modelo gráfico. Os resultados apontam para um alto grau de aceitação da tecnologia e consistência do modelo como instrumento de apoio para a etapa de planejamento, segundo a visão dos professores participantes.

This article presents a graphic model to support the teaching planning process, using a structure based on a conceptual hierarchy, which allows relating sub-concepts and educational resources by the level of dependence. Such an approach is based on the theoretical-methodological construct of learning trajectories and considers principles of Ausubelian meaningful learning theory, visual programming languages and techniques for web development. To assess the perception of the use of the model with its target audience, two experiments were carried out to analyze criteria regarding acceptance of technology and teacher perception about the use of the graphic model. The results point to a high degree of acceptance of technology and consistency of the model as a support tool for the planning stage, according to the view of the participating teachers.
